Since Company is a digital product there will be no actual physical returns. Once you have created and paid for an active account there will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges. Simply cancel your month-to-month billing and your card won't be billed for the next month.


GM reserves the right to, at our discretion, issue or decline to issue refunds for services purchased. You agree that GM is not obligated to issue a refund for any reason. Notwithstanding the foregoing, GM will not be liable for any failures in the Service or any other problems which are related to (a) the Customer Data or Customer Systems or (b) outages to any telecommunications or public Internet backbones, networks or servers, or other equipment or service outside of GM’s facilities or control.
